We built CaseMap to be incredibly easy to use. The last thing providers need is another piece of user-unfriendly software

Our company consists of two Anesthesiologists who have been designing and building software that we actually use in our practice for the past 18 yrs. As actual users, we understand what is needed and the importance of making it easy to use. The software needs to be the best tool for the task, it shouldn't be the task. We focus on creating software tools that work really well and can be learned in a few minutes. We don't add bells and whistles that aren't useful. As part of our process, we carefully observe users, count mouse clicks, analyze mistakes, revise, and test again. If something doesn't work properly, or could work better, we fix it. Simple. We developed CaseMap in 2010. It was an obvious solution to common issues we dealt with everyday. The problem was that getting hospital IT departments to provide servers and support was excruciatingly difficult. With the advent of Cloud services, we suddenly found a way to re-launch CaseMap; built on a new platform, secure and accessible from any device with internet access.
